Request Deletion of Your Account & Data
If you'd like your Crickup account and the personal data associated with it deleted, email us at the address below from the email you'd like us to reply to, or with the mobile number registered on your account. This works whether or not you still have the app installed.

What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, nickname, avatar, mobile number, email, username, and any other account settings
- Your login credentials and active sessions
- Your club memberships, join/invite requests, and tournament squad entries
What we keep
- Ball-by-ball match records and scorecards you played in are kept, since other players' match history and team stats depend on the same rows — your identifying details are removed from them instead of the rows themselves
- Records we're legally required to retain (e.g. for fraud prevention or dispute resolution)
We'll verify the request against the account before acting on it, and confirm by email once it's done — typically within a few business days.
